Who We Are

President, Ms. Irene Berest has been involved with Community Association management for nearly a decade, honing the skills necessary for managing all aspects of Community Associations.  Ms. Berest offers extensive professional experience managing many different types of communities.  

Ms. Berest refined her association management skills while she worked for a land developer. Through this relationship she was an integral player in their development of master planned communities as she established new Homeowners Associations and Special Districts.
