The primary focus of effective and efficient property management is to enhance the value of the individual homes and the associations themselves.  Every association is faced with challenges of varied degrees and nature.  Routine and detailed inspections of the community assist the manager in being proactive with Associations needs as well as adhering to the original Vision and Design Guidelines to protect the Architectural integrity of the Community. 

Board of Directors Support

Our goal is a streamlined process whereby the Board of Directors and Residents are kept informed through receiving accurate and pertinent information, in a timely and efficient manner.

Financial Support and Planning

HCM recognizes the need for association boards to have routine access to accurate reports.  Various financial and accounting reports are required on a monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis. While keeping the informational reporting process simple and user-friendly, HCM customizes every package of reports that fit the individual association's needs.

HCM provides full consulting services to Builders and Developers during the formative stages of their Associations ensuring proper adherence to the state legislative guidelines and statues.
